ServicesConsultation: An average consultation takes about 1 hour and will allow time to have a comprehensive look at all aspects of the property from the outside in and the inside out. Notes will be taken, and with the homeowners permission, photos. Within 24 hours a comprehensive list of suggestions will be sent to the homeowner. It is my business to carry out these suggestions fully or to reduce the scope of the work to suit the homeowners’ budget.
De-cluttering: A common factor most homes face is the lack of storage, resulting in an overall cluttered space. The mission is to sort though items and separate seldom used and often used items. The seldom used items can either be packed away for moving day or given away. Perspective buyers must be able to see themselves in the space. This is a tremendous step towards assisting you on moving day too.
Organizing: Certain rules need to be followed in order to have an organized space. Organization enables a space to have a flow as well as a function. By placing objects of similar nature together reduces the stress of having to look somewhere else for the item. An organized room generally means a more relaxing room, since the chaos of disorganization has been removed.
Staging®: This is the fun part. The overall goal is to have your property show the best and the brightest amoungst the competition on the market. There will no doubt be painting, patching, gardening, packing, sorting, and taking loads of unused and unwanted items to charity. More importantly in doing so you will see your property, in as little as a day sometimes, become transformed. Remember, your home is now a product, one you are aiming to sell faster & for more money on the market. There is no room for error. Making your rooms flow & be functional to as many perspective buyers is what staging is all about!
